What kinds of questions do you ask in order to determine a new client’s goals?

  1. We are a bit unorthodox  and tend to think outside the box when it comes to our goal setting with our clients and our athletes. We have created a “mission statement” strategy for all of our clients to answer during their assessment. Their mission statement expresses the underlying purpose and commitment they have made to their training.  It will act as a reminder each and every session to help keep them focused on their goals and motivate them to unlock their performance potential.

    1. underlying questions inside of the mission statement:

      1. what inspires you?

      2. what drives you to be a better person?

      3. What drives you to come train every day?
